Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Terms:
- Orders over $99 before tax and shipping qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Free shipping offer is for a limited time and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
- Orders must be placed online at angstadtarms.com.
Shipping Time:
- Your order will typically be processed within 2-5 business days.
- Please note, expedited shipping options do not include processing time.
- Backordered items may take up to 4 weeks to ship. We ship complete orders only.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you for resolution and issue a full refund.
Rejecting Receipt:
- If you reject a package without our approval, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and any incurred fees and shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
Reshipping:
- Unless prior arrangements are made, returned orders will be restocked, and a new order must be placed for reshipment.
Missing Packages:
- If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please allow 5 business days (or 10 during peak times) before considering it missing.
- Contact us if there's no movement on your tracking number after 3 days. We'll initiate an investigation, but claims for lost packages will ultimately be handled by the carrier.
Please note, Angstadt Arms is not liable for packages marked as delivered that are claimed as missing or stolen. Please contact the carrier to file a claim in such cases.
