Angstadt Arms, LLC is not liable for the following:

  • Malfunctioning Firearms or Parts: We are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your firearm or firearm parts.
  • Physical Injury or Property Damage: We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Safe Handling and Resale: It is your responsibility to handle and use your firearm safely and in accordance with all laws and regulations.

Limitations of Liability Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Intentional or Negligent Discharge: Accidental or intentional firing of the firearm.
  • Improper or Careless Handling: Unsafe or incorrect use of the firearm.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Changes made to the firearm not approved by us.
  • Defective or Improper Ammunition: Use of ammunition that is not standard, reloaded, or defective.
  • Corrosion: Damage from exposure to elements.
  • Neglect or Abuse: Failure to properly maintain or misuse of the firearm.
  • Other Factors Beyond Our Control: Any issues caused by factors we cannot directly manage.

Per F.S.S. 790.175 effective 10/01/89:“It is unlawful, and punishable by prison or fine, for any adult to store or leave a firearm in any place within easy access of a minor.”
