Tools Needed:
- 1 - 3/16” Torque Wrench (for Suppressor Series)
- 5/32 Torque Wrench or Hex Key
- T-10 Torx Bit (for Suppressor Series Handguards)
Installation Steps:
Install the Barrel
Start by installing your Vanquish barrel. Align the indexing pin on the barrel with the upper receiver, ensuring the barrel extension is fully seated.
Place the Barrel Nut
Install the barrel nut onto the upper receiver and torque it to 35 FT-LBS using a 1 - 3/16” torque wrench.
Install the Barrel Nut Clamp
Using the four socket head screws and a T-10 Torx bit, install the upper and lower components of the provided barrel nut clamp onto the barrel nut. These screws should be installed finger tight to allow indexing of the handguard.
Slide on the Handguard
Slide the Suppressor Series handguard over the barrel and onto the barrel clamp. Once the handguard is aligned with the clamp, install the four button head screws using a T-10 Torx bit. Tighten the button head screws to 20 IN-LBS.
Torque the Socket Head Screws
After torquing the button head screws, return to the socket head screws and torque them to 17 IN-LBS.
